All game updates are posted on lostcompass, but you can also follow eastbound. You’ll get a private message with an invite to the informal game discord server, once you comment to the Taken List.
While Eastbound is fantasy-horror geared, if you OOCly have a common trigger that is likely to make you very uncomfortable in gameplay (ex: spiders), please flag it here. Best effort will be made to content warn and avoid pictures of it in event write-ups.
While some participation is expected, your character is exempted from full activity requirements this month.
NOTES
The bond is an interesting one — I think the best outcome is one that keeps the character playable, but also doesn’t ruin potential interaction if a Moiraine should rejoin. Based on Wiki’s description of masking, I’d agree that it seems like the most elegant solution. If you want to especially torture him, you could have it go haywire now and then in places of high magical power — like a device trying to fruitlessly connect to a disruptive wireless network — and lead him to think it’s sensing something like Moiraine………… who then ends up being a highly powered sorcerer, party companion or undead liege. But that’s purely opt-in!
We could go the way of plot-driven severance too, but I think it would put you in a potentially difficult situation, if Moiraine shows up.
Your character receives a shiny new pocket watch pendant with a mirror inside, which serves as a translator and communicator for written, video and audio interaction. It can read out translations of messages written out in native tongues.

Upon return to Akhuras, Karsa can optionally tell Lan that Moiraine was previously with the party before returning home and present him with any of her scant few effects that remained here — a blue cloak, some healing materials.
