All game-relevant updates will be posted on lostcompass, but if you’re a fan of plurk memos, consider following eastbound.
NOTES
We are currently in Arc I, Sa-Hareth. You can find information about our latest event and the upcoming May calendar here. Our recent ship rescue event spells out how incomers reached Sa-Hareth.
Not a problem right now, as there is currently no Darkling at Eastbound — but if one is applied in from a relevant timeline, I leave it at your discretion to discuss how you would both like to handle the power sharing. You can take the route of having a tug-of-war for powers (which seems to be the canon status quo, if I am reading your app correctly), or invoke the shift to a new location as a reason to dim or annul the bond. This is up to you, but I appreciate the two characters are highly inter-connected and you might want the additional option to make playing easier.
While the undead don’t critically suffer as a result of Alina’s light, they are greatly inconvenienced by exposure to it — most come from dark depths and are unused to intense light exposure. Unless they are highly agitated, they will typically try to recoil and withdraw, should Alina summon strong light in their presence.
For plotting purposes: how often was Alina subjected to the ship mirror, and what abilities or memories did she (temporarily) surrender each time?
Newcomers may still briefly access the House of Dew’s freebie magical network until their inevitable move-out. Alina will inherit the username knelt lady of swallow and song for that use. This username can be changed, if she procures or steals her own quartz translation device.
ACCEPTED
Aaaaaaaaall aboard… the absentee caravan! Thanks for applying and welcome to the game.
A few loose ends, for your pleasure:
