There's no write-up per se — mostly, when a new event pops up that does have a specific outcome or effect on the death-touched, it's noted what that is and how it impacts them. This is typically opt-in, too. Mostly it comes up when one of the death lieges is around, because they like to try to take control of the death-touched, if they can (and if you OOCly permit it) — or when there's dark water, because they can sense it easier. Things like that, which are documented in detail at the appropriate time. For now, just worth remembering he's got the label!
