I wanted to leave you a quick note on powers - I took a look at the scene about sensing magical powers again, and decided that it's so vague on what exactly he's sensing from the player character (or even if he's maybe just heard about them and is speaking poetically? idk) that it shouldn't really count as an ability. I will put the dragon stuff in my permissions as discussed though.
