Well, the trouble in Arc IV is that there's still uncertainty over which side is human, which is dead, and which might have puppets. So until that reveal, we'll have to work with her telepathy intermittently not working at all. The next event should handle that — until then, we can blame it on her being new and her powers taking a bit longer to come back. She should be fine exercising it in the Mouse House, but we can't have her realising who is or isn't dead or human based on their (lack of) thoughts.
