NOTES
We are currently in Arc I, Sa-Hareth. Our first event write-up and open log are up and running, and feel free to jump in on the OOC intro meme!
Five looks like a particularly young and harmless child, and he will be treated as such at the House of Dew. Some courtesans might spare him more food scraps, while attendants might speak more freely around him, thinking he's too young to be a danger of any kind.
Importantly: Five's perceived youth means that House of Dew servants will do their best to make themselves available to escort or assist him when he goes out in the market. As the Merchant who orchestrated everyone's escape has a finer idea of Five's individual powers, he won't have made arrangements to employ him a bodyguard — these poor, hapless attendants are just volunteering their time out of sheer sympathy for the small child. Learning his real age will put them off offering further services.
We’re going to have a potential challenge in Five’s powers. On the one hand, they are far too integral to who he is to remove or critically nerf them. On the other, plot restrictions. So let’s operate like this: let’s have him keep his powers completely un-nerfed, but please run by me when you want him to do any time travel, and I’ll dole out what he can encounter. He can otherwise hop around geographically without restrictions on the Sa-Hareth premises and outside of the citadel.
The username Five will inherit if he ventures on the freebie magical network at the House of Dew is first blush of tender youth. All of his magical network posts/comments at the House of Dew will show up under this fine nom de plume. This is a temporary username and can be changed, if he procures his own quartz translation device.
