Well — basically she'd need to make a sweet wish on the brand of, "I wish my pregnancy goes safely!" on this... innocuous looking but deeply sinister thing that will basically go, "LOL I GOT YOU" and fulfil her wish, with the downside technicality that keeping her pregnancy safe means... keeping it in stasis without any kind of progress.

The real problem would be how we get her from that location to this one, but it's fine, it's workable.
